What is ATT.COM?

Att.com. - AT&T Inc. is an American multinational conglomerate holding company, Delaware-registered but headquartered at Whitacre Tower in Downtown Dallas, Texas. It is the world's largest telecommunications company, and the second largest provider of mobile telephone services.


AT&T operates as a carrier of both fixed and mobile networks in the US but also offers telecoms services elsewhere. AT&T also provides pay-TV services through DirecTV. AT&T also uses its network to offer peripheral services, including disaster recovery.


To Pay Your AT&T Bill Online, you need to visit att.com/pay or www.att.com/pay and sign in to att. This is the easiest way to pay all the att bills. The accepted payment methods are -


  • Debit or credit cards (Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express® Card, Discover® Card, JCB, and Diners Club)

  • Checking or savings account details

  • AT&T promotional gift cards


If you don't like this method, you can also pay your bills over phone call.


How to make a payment on att.com/pay online?


  • Open web browser and visit - Att.com/pay

  • If your account has a passcode and you forgot it, you can reset or change the password.

  • If you manage multiple accounts, choose the bill you want to pay. To pay more than one bill, repeat these steps for each account.

  • Review the payment amount and change if necessary. Select Split this payment if you need to use 2 different payment methods or pay on 2 different dates.

  • Review the payment amount and change if necessary. In some cases you may opt to select a payment date that is after your due date. Refer to making a late payment arrangement for details.

  • Follow the prompts to submit your payment.

How to add, change, or remove a stored payment method?


  1. Open web browser and visit Att.com/pay

  2. Go to Profile, then Update stored payment methods.

  3. In the Stored payment methods section, do any of the following:

    • To change or remove a stored payment method, select it and follow the prompts.

    • To add a stored payment method, choose from two types of stored payment methods. Select:

      1. New checking / savings and enter your bank details. Don’t have your bank info handy? If your bank participates, you can use the pay with bank feature to sign in to your online bank account and retrieve your bank details.

      2. New debit / credit card to enter your card details manually. Have a Mastercard®? It’s easy to use Masterpass digital wallet if you don't have your card with you.
