Atlus AI Privacy Policy

Atlus AI is designed to keep your ideas on your device. Kevin Williams, the developer of Atlus AI, does not collect or receive personal data from the app, track users, display advertising, or use third-party analytics.

Information Handled by the App

Voice recordings and speech transcripts:

Atlus AI accesses the microphone only after you tap a microphone control. It uses Apple's Speech framework to turn speech into text. Depending on your device, language, and service availability, Apple may process speech audio to provide transcription. Atlus AI does not send recordings or transcripts to a server operated by the developer. Transcripts are stored locally on your device.

Typed ideas, boards, and notes:

Text you enter, organized ideas, board content, and app settings are stored locally on your device.

On-device organization:

On supported devices, Atlus AI uses Apple's Foundation Models framework to organize and refine ideas on the device.

Images:

If you create or select an image using Apple's system tools, Atlus AI stores the selected image locally with your board.

Recording and App Activity:

Recording begins only when you tap a microphone control. Atlus AI records only while the app is active in the foreground. If the app becomes inactive or the device locks, recording stops and any transcript captured so far is preserved locally.

Purchase and Payment:

Atlus AI is sold as a one-time paid App Store download. The app does not offer subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases. Apple processes the App Store purchase. Atlus AI and its developer do not receive or store your payment card information.

Data Sharing:

Atlus AI does not sell, rent, or share your app content with third parties. Sharing a board uses Apple's system share sheet and occurs only when you choose a destination and confirm the share.

Your Choices:

Microphone and Speech Recognition access can be changed in iOS Settings. You can delete boards inside the app. Deleting Atlus AI from your device removes the app's locally stored data, subject to standard device backup behavior managed by Apple.

Children's Privacy:

Atlus AI is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because the developer does not collect personal data through the app, no children's personal data is knowingly collected by the developer.

Changes to This Policy:

This policy may be updated if Atlus AI's features or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
