This site is an attempt to house and adjoin, lost documents of Portuguese navigation, now found scattered around the world in libraries and private collections. By combining these documents in a single digital library, this site is an attempt to facilitate documental reasearch by permitting it to span across several fields on the same subject. The main goal is to shed light on Portuguese history and consequently on the history of humanity.
