THE TROPICAL STORM'S HISTORY
Dexter formed far off the east coast on 8/3/2025. The storm mainly stayed away from coastlines as it passed north of Bermuda and south of Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. It transitioned to an Storm-Force Extratropical Low on 8/7/2025, officially losing its Tropical Storm characteristics as it slowly kept disorganize moving Northeast. Dexter made no life or property impacts on land.
