Professionals who collaborate with us do so as independent contractors, not employees.

Independent contractors:

• operate their own business or professional services

• choose whether to accept opportunities

• are not required to accept any assignment

• may work with other companies or clients

Scope of Work

Independent contractors may be engaged for services such as:

• CPR / First Aid instruction

• Cleaning services

• Other related professional services

Specific details are discussed and agreed upon per opportunity.

Payment

• Payment is issued per job or assignment, not hourly wages

• Rates are discussed and agreed upon before work is accepted

• Payment is processed after services are completed, unless otherwise specified

Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and reporting.

Scheduling & Availability

• Work is offered based on service needs

• Contractors may accept or decline opportunities

• There are no guaranteed hours or schedules

Supplies, Equipment & Appearance

• Independent contractors generally provide their own supplies, tools, and equipment unless otherwise agreed

• Branded apparel may be available for optional use but is not required

Certifications & Compliance

Independent contractors are responsible for maintaining any required certifications, licenses, or qualifications related to their services.
