Compensation

Team members are paid per completed cleaning service.

Cleaners receive 60% of the total service price, while the remaining portion is retained by the company to cover scheduling, supplies, insurance, administrative costs, and business operations.

Compensation may vary depending on the type of cleaning service, property size, and any additional services requested by the client.

Additional payment details will be provided during onboarding.

Payment Information

Payments are issued electronically after services have been completed and confirmed.

Approved payment methods may include:

• Zelle
• Cash App
• Other approved digital payment platforms

Employees are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate before payments are issued.

Before payment can be processed, workers must:

• Complete the assigned cleaning service
• Follow the company cleaning checklist
• Submit any required job reports or service confirmations
• Provide before and after photos when required

Failure to submit required documentation may delay payment processing.

Work Environment

Our services often involve working in client homes, offices, or other service environments. Employees must be comfortable working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
