CPR Training Opportunities

All Things In The Moment LLC provides CPR and First Aid training through certified instructors. Occasionally, additional individuals may assist with training sessions or support instructional activities.

Opportunities may be available for both independent contractors and employees, depending on the needs of scheduled classes.

Independent Contractor – CPR Training Assistant

Independent contractors may assist during larger CPR training classes when additional supervision is needed during skills practice.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with class setup and equipment
• Helping supervise hands-on CPR practice stations
• Supporting the lead instructor during demonstrations and skills sessions

Contractors assisting with CPR training are typically compensated approximately $25 per hour, depending on the class structure and responsibilities.

Most CPR classes are led directly by the primary instructor, and assistants are only used when additional help is needed.

Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes.

Employee – CPR Training Support

Employees assisting with CPR training programs may support the lead instructor during classes and training sessions.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown
• Supporting students during skills practice
• Helping maintain organization during larger classes

Employee compensation for CPR support roles is typically hourly, with details provided during onboarding.

Client Relationship Policy

Clients scheduled through All Things In The Moment LLC, KoalaTmaid, or any affiliated services are considered company clients.

Employees and independent contractors may not solicit, accept private work, or arrange services directly with any client that was introduced through the company.

All services for these clients must continue to be scheduled through the company’s official booking system.

Workers may not exchange personal contact information with clients for the purpose of scheduling private services outside of the company.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from current and future service opportunities with the company.
