If your payment is a deposit, the remaining balance is due before services are performed.
π Deposits
Deposits are required to confirm bookings. They ensure your time is reserved and are applied toward your total balance.
Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or your reservation will be released.
If you cancel, deposits are non-refundable (unless otherwise noted).
If you reschedule with proper notice, deposits may be applied to your new date (subject to availability).
π Refund Policy
Refunds are available only under the terms listed in the cancellation/rescheduling policy for your service.
Please note: standard payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Example: If you cancel a wedding 60+ days before the ceremony, you may receive a refund of your payment minus any processing fees.
