Athanly (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application Athanly (the “App”).

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with Athanly. Firebase Analytics may collect:

Athanly uses push notifications for:
General notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Prayer alerts and reminders (hardcoded Athan notifications)
Device tokens are sent to FCM for delivery.
No personal information or message content is stored beyond what is necessary for notifications.
Notifications can be disabled anytime in Settings → Notifications.
Athanly uses your location to:
Provide local prayer (Athan) times
Determine Qibla direction
Location is only accessed with your permission.
Location data is not stored or shared outside the app.
You can revoke location access in Settings → Privacy → Location Services.
We use the collected data only to:
Display and measure ads via AdMob
Deliver notifications (Firebase & Athan reminders)
Analyze app usage for performance improvements (Firebase Analytics)
Calculate local prayer times and Qibla direction
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data.
Consent: For push notifications and location services
Legitimate interests: For analytics, ad personalization, fraud prevention, and app functionality
Athanly is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13.
We only collect the minimal information necessary to provide app functionality (ads, analytics, notifications, location).
No personal data is shared with third parties beyond what is required by AdMob and Firebase.
Parents and guardians can manage notifications, location, and analytics settings on their child’s device.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect collected data.
AdMob and Firebase implement their own security measures for the data they handle.
