Complaint Procedure
Here is a summary of the process of your complaints:
Students with complaints must file through STRAW's google form.
The complaint received will be reviewed by the core office.
Contact with the student will be made by the lead investigator who is a STRAW officer.
Meetings are expected to be conducted for investigation.
A commission report will be sent to the Office of Students Affairs.
The student is asked to wait for further details regarding their concern.
Time and Date of Incident
“All complaints shall be filed as soon as possible. No complaint shall be entertained if filed later than sixty (60) days after the lapse of the semester or summer session within which the alleged offense was committed.” (Code of Conduct III, Part D)
