You may file a complaints when your academic rights have been violated and the issue does not have an immediate resolution. Kindly refer to the Magna Carta for more information about your rights.

You may refer to the STRAW Commission's contact information and seek for an initial consultation. You may send an email to STRAW or leave a message on their FB page.

How to properly file a complaint?
After contacting a STRAW officer, the student must state the nature of his/her complaint. A narration of events may be presented to give background. Secure evidences of the issue (screenshots, recordings, documents, etc.) and most importantly, listen and wait for further instructions from the commission.
