The ASC Executive Departments

1. Department of Academic Affairs

Tasked with handling academic-related activities within the college such as tutorial sessions, symposia, academic orientations, and seminars. They are also tasked with date loan initiative management and scholarship assistance.

2. Department of Communication

Incharge of creating materials which contain the information relayed to the college. The department consists of graphic designers, artists, writers etc.

3. Department of Events Management

Manages the technical aspects of the events and projects organized by the Department of Events Management.

4. Department of Logistic and Design

Merchandising operations, profit center growth, and merchandise communications are their responsibilities. They are also in charge of the council’s outsourcing and designing events.

5. Department of Research and Statistics

In charge of assessments, obtaining feedback, and evaluations within the college such as: project evaluations, evaluation of officer and staff performance, council’s evaluation and council or college surveys.

6. Department of Promotions

Assist the College of Agriculture Dean’s office and co-curricular organizations with promotional efforts for the college.

7. Department of Social Outreach and Involvement

Creates and implements programs designed to promote the council’s social advocacies and community involvement.

8. Department of Student Services and Welfare

In partnership with the STRAW commission, they will receive and verify complaints and grievances from the students: they will also be assisting the administration office with the processes and transitions in the college.

9. Department of Student Engagement and Recreation

Develop projects and initiatives to promote togetherness, engagement, friendship in the Aggie community.
