This award will be given to students who have achieved an excellent level of academic performance with Grade Points Average (GPA) equal to or more than 3.50 in the current semester of study.

The candidates for this award are the recipients of the Department's Academic & Co-Curriculum Excellence Award. Out of all these candidates, ONE (1) student will be selected as the recipient of the Academic & Co-Curriculum Excellence Award. The name of the award recipient will be recorded as an Outstanding Polytechnic Student.

The recipients of this award consist of graduates who have completed their studies at the polytechnic. Recipients of the award are students who have achieved excellent levels of academic and co-curricular performance throughout their studies.

The number of recipients is limited to ONE (1) per department as per the prescribed conditions. The name of the award recipient will be recorded as an Outstanding Student of the Department in the relevant department.

This Special Award will be given to students who have achieved an excellent level of academic performance with Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) equal to or more than 3.50 in the final semester of study.

This award is given to members of the highest council, Student Representative Council at the polytechnic level who serve full time for one term session, equivalent to two semesters of study sessions (excluding industrial training semesters).

This award will be given to students who have achieved an excellent level of academic performance with Grade Points Average (GPA) equal to or more than 3.50 in the current semester of study.
