A complimentary consultation, in person or via phone is available to all new clients. Most work is priced by hour.
A minimum of twenty-four hours notice is requested for all services. We certainly understand that unexpected, urgent needs arise occasionally. We will do our best to accommodate time sensitive matters. Just give us a call and we will do our very best to assist you.
All services require a minimum of one hour. Fees are then calculated in 15-minute increments thereafter. As many services as possible will be completed in the hour. Hourly billing begins from the time of departure from the home office, and continues until the requested task is completed.
Hourly rates do not include the cost of items or services purchased. You have the option of providing, cash, check or credit card. A 5% non-refundable fee will be applied for any items or expenses purchased with As You Wish funds.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoicing. As You Wish accepts cash, checks, Paypal and all major credit cards. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, As You Wish requires 24 hour advance notice. Failure to provide this requirement may result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees for all special events such as weddings, anniversary celebrations, etc. are substantially higher per the Event Contract.
Should As You Wish be unable to gain access to the client’s residence or place of business at a pre-arranged time, the client may be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Our clients' privacy and personal information is of utmost importance to As You Wish and will never be shared, sold or in any way compromised. All tasks and client information will be handled with professionalism and discretion.
