Purpose: Creating a docking system for permanent ASV installation and continuous data collection.

The overall goal of this project is to create an ASV that could be permanently installed in a body of water for continuous data collection. We propose to do this by implementing a docking system where an ASV can return after an excursion and recharge its batteries. This enables permanent installation and autonomous data collection over a prolonged period of time.
