All participants, including attendees, speakers, organizers, and sponsors, are expected to follow this Code of Conduct both during the workshop sessions and at all related social events, whether on or off site.  

Expected Behavior

• Treat all participants with respect and consideration.

• Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants.

• Respect the rules and policies of the venue and any related facilities. 

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form. 

• Verbal abuse, offensive comments, or slurs.

• Unwelcome sexual attention or physical contact.

•  Disruption of talks, sessions, or other events. 

• Photography or recording without consent. 

Reporting & Response

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please contact a member of the organizing committee as soon as possible. Reports can be made in person or via email. All reports will be handled with discretion. Violations will not be tolerated, and may result in verbal warning, removal from the workshop without refund and exclusion from future events organized by the SOC.
