Refunds
We can only process returns/refund on fully paid orders delivered with incomplete item/s. To be eligible for a refund, please send us your proof or any supporting documents showing that you have received the parcel with incomplete or missing item/s. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or any method agreed upon. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on damaged items caused by the courier throughout the shipping process.
Damages and issues
We will wrap the items with the most appropriate packaging for better protection and we will send actual photos of your order before shipping. Since we don't have any control over the courier's shipment handling, we don't take responsibility for any damages caused from the product's transit.
Exchanges
We have a NO EXCHANGE policy. All items bought from our shop is not eligible for a return and exchange request. Always make sure to read and understand the product description, variation, and all information related to the product before purchasing. We claim no liabilities for any purchases made by mistake, either by human or technical error.
