# AstroHUB Privacy Policy

AstroHUB is a Vedic astrology application published by MadLabs. This Privacy Policy explains how AstroHUB handles information when you use the application.
## Information You Enter
AstroHUB lets you enter and save Kundali profile information, including a name, date and time of birth, place of birth, geographic coordinates, time zone, optional traditional-name inputs, consultation notes, and compatibility notes. The app uses this information to calculate and display astrology charts, reports, and matching results.
This profile information is stored locally on your device using the app's local storage. We do not operate an AstroHUB account system or a server that receives, stores, sells, or shares your Kundali profile information.
You can edit or delete a profile within the app. Removing the app or clearing its app storage also removes locally stored profiles and notes. We cannot restore information removed from your device.
## Location and City Search
AstroHUB does not request your device's precise location permission. You can select an included offline city or enter a place in the optional online location search.
When you use online location search, the search text you enter is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to return matching places and coordinates. Do not enter information you do not want sent to that service. Nominatim's handling of requests is governed by its own policies.
## Advertising
Production versions of AstroHUB display advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, app and ad interaction information, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising.
AstroHUB requests non-personalized ads. However, Google Mobile Ads may still process limited information needed to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. We do not provide your Kundali profile contents, birth details, notes, or compatibility reports to AdMob for advertising.

## Information We Do Not Collect Directly
AstroHUB does not require account registration and does not directly collect your email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone data, camera data, or device location. The app does not use analytics or crash-reporting services operated by MadLabs at this time.
## Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. The limited third-party disclosures described above occur only when you use online city search or when ads are loaded in a production build:
- OpenStreetMap Nominatim receives the location search query you choose to submit.
- Google Mobile Ads receives data necessary to serve and measure ads under Google's policies.
## Data Security
Kundali profiles are kept on your device. Device security, including screen lock and operating-system updates, helps protect locally stored information. No storage method is completely secure, and you should avoid entering highly sensitive information in profile names or notes.
## Children
AstroHUB is not directed to children under the age at which consent is required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an AstroHUB account or server. A parent or guardian should supervise any use involving a child's birth details.
## International Use
If you use online city search or view advertisements, the relevant third party may process data in countries other than your own under its applicable privacy terms and safeguards.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app's data practices or applicable requirements change. The "Last updated" date shows when this policy was most recently revised. Material changes will be reflected in the updated policy made available through the app or its store listing.
