개인정보처리방침 (Privacy Policy) - AstroAI

AstroAI(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 관련 법령을 준수하고 있습니다. 본 방침은 회사가 이용자의 정보를 어떻게 수집, 이용, 보호하는지 규정합니다. 

AstroAI (hereinafter "the Service") values the user's personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations. This policy defines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 방법 (Items and Methods of Collection)

본 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용 가능하며, 최소한의 정보만을 수집합니다. 

The Service is available without registration and collects only the minimum information necessary.

• 앱 이용 정보 (자동 수집 / App Usage Data - Automatically Collected):

  • 기기 모델명, OS 버전, 광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA), 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그, 쿠키, 오류 발생 기록(Firebase Crashlytics)

  • Device model, OS version, Advertising Identifier (ADID/IDFA), service usage records, access logs, cookies, error logs (Firebase Crashlytics).

• 입력 데이터 (Input Data):

  • 타로 상담 분석을 위해 이용자가 직접 입력한 텍스트(질문 및 고민 내용)

  • Text input by the user for tarot reading and counseling analysis (questions and concerns).

• 결제 정보 (Payment Information):

  • 인앱 결제 시 생성되는 익명화된 구매 토큰 및 결제 내역 (금융 정보는 앱 마켓이 관리하며 개발자는 수집하지 않습니다.)

  • Anonymized purchase tokens and history generated during in-app purchases. (Financial information is managed by the app stores; the developer does not collect it.)

• 접근 권한 (선택 사항 / Access Permissions - Optional):

  • 알림: 매일 운세 및 공지 전송 / Notifications: Daily fortunes and service announcements.

  • 클라우드 저장소: 이용자 요청에 의한 구글 드라이브 백업 및 복원 / Cloud Storage: Data backup and restoration via Google Drive upon user request.

2. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

수집된 정보는 다음 목적을 위해 활용됩니다. The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• 서비스 제공 (Service Delivery): 생성형 AI(Gemini API)를 활용한 타로 해석 및 분석 제공 / Providing tarot interpretation and analysis using Generative AI (Gemini API).

• 서비스 개선 (Service Improvement): 통계 분석, 오류 수정 및 기능 고도화 / Statistical analysis, bug fixes, and functional enhancements.

• 광고 게재 (Advertising): 맞춤형 광고 제공 및 효율 분석 (Google AdMob) / Providing customized advertisements and performance analysis (Google AdMob).

• 데이터 백업 (Data Backup): 구글 드라이브를 활용한 데이터 보관 및 복원 지원 / Supporting data storage and restoration via Google Drive.

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁 (Third-Party Provision and Consignment)

서비스는 기능 구현을 위해 다음과 같이 전문 업체에 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다. The Service entrusts certain tasks to the following specialized external providers to implement features:

• 참고 (Note): 타로 상담 입력 내용은 AI 분석을 위해 전송되나, 답변 생성을 위한 일시적인 처리이며 서버에 영구 저장되거나 AI 학습용으로 활용되지 않습니다.

• The content entered for tarot counseling is transmitted for AI analysis, but this is a temporary process for response generation and is not permanently stored on the server or used for AI training.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간 (Retention and Usage Period)

목적 달성 후 해당 정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. Information is destroyed without delay after the purpose has been achieved.

• 로컬 데이터 (Local Data): 이용자 기기에만 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 즉시 소멸됩니다. / Stored only on the user's device and deleted immediately upon app removal.

• 백업 데이터 (Backup Data): 이용자의 구글 계정에 저장되며, 직접 삭제하기 전까지 구글 드라이브 정책에 따라 보관됩니다. (개발자 접근 불가) / Stored in the user's Google account and kept according to Google Drive policy until deleted by the user. (Inaccessible to the developer.)

5. 이용자의 권리 및 행사 방법 (User Rights)

• 이용자는 앱 내 '설정 > 데이터 초기화'를 통해 저장된 기록을 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다. / Users can immediately delete stored records via 'Settings > Data Reset' within the app.

• 기기 설정에서 광고 수집 거부 및 권한 철회가 가능합니다. / Users can opt-out of ad collection and revoke permissions in their device settings.

• 앱 삭제 시 기기 내 모든 데이터는 파기됩니다. / All data on the device is destroyed when the app is deleted.

7. 고지의 의무 (Obligation to Notify)
