ASTRO RAID PRIVACY POLICY

I want you to understand how Roy (“jroy.b”), collects, uses and shares information about you when you use Astro Raid. Astro Raid is coded and designed as a free app currently. However, changes to be a commercially paid app may be updated in the future. As of this date, Astro Raid will be provided at no cost and is intended to use as is.

If you choose to use Astro Raid, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that I “knowingly” collect is used for absolutely nothing. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

What I or the App Collects

Information the app automatically collects

This app is currently designed to be first and foremost, an ad free game. Hence, this app does not and should not actively collect user data for Android Advertising ID and for third-party use. However, crash analytics, logs, and diagnostics and other data that I may not know of may be requested and used by Android, Google Play, and/or Unity.

Information You Provide to the App

By using my app, you provide non-sensitive data to be saved on your phone. This data includes but is not limited to high score data, volume, and controls. In addition, in the case that your phone includes gyroscope support, it will only be used within the app for controls and will not be logged for any personal or third-party use.

Information You Provide to Me

I do not actively collect any data for personal or third-party use.

Children’s Privacy

This app is designed to be used and enjoyed by everyone. I do not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. In the case that I discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided me with personal information, I will immediately delete it from any of my devices and servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with any personal information, please contact me so that I will take any necessary actions that deem reasonable to my abilities.

I may update my Privacy Policy without notice. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this privacy policy will be reviewed and re-posted on this page. Changes are effective immediately as of the date posted and stamped under the title of this page.
