The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by AI Chat Bot & Genius Assistant, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AI Chat Bot & Genius Assistant, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if such damages were foreseeable or we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
