These terms and conditions apply to the Asset King application for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), created as a free service by Emirhan Şerin (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these terms thoroughly before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to making the Application as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, it reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider guarantees that any charges for the Application or its services will be explicitly communicated to you.
The application stores and processes the personal data you provide to the Service Provider for the purpose of providing the service. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your phone and your access to the application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system. Such actions may expose your phone to malware, viruses, harmful programs, compromise your phone's security features, and cause the application to malfunction or not function at all. Please note that the application uses third-party services with their own terms and conditions. Please note that the Service Provider is not responsible for certain matters. Some functions of the application require an active internet connection provided by your Wi-Fi or mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhaustion of your data allowance.
Please note that if you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, the terms and conditions of your mobile network provider's contract apply. In conclusion, you may receive charges from your mobile provider or other third parties for data usage while connected to the application. By using the application, you agree that you are responsible for all such charges, including roaming data charges, if you use the application outside your own region (i.e., region or country) without disabling roaming. If you are not the bill payer of the device you are using the application on, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always be held responsible for your use of the application. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device is fully charged. If your device's battery runs out and you cannot access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Regarding the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that they strive to ensure that the application is always up-to-date and accurate, but they obtain information from third parties in order to provide it to you. The Service Provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses you may experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available according to the operating system requirements (and other systems on which they decide to make the application available), and these requirements may change; If you wish to continue using the application, you will need to download updates. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application to be suitable for you and/or compatible with the specific operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept application updates when they are offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to discontinue providing the application and terminate its use at any time without giving you notice of termination. Unless you are notified otherwise, in the event of any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will terminate; (b) you must cease using the application and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update its Terms and Conditions. Therefore, it is recommended that you regularly review this page for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting new Terms and Conditions on this page.
