It has been over 15 years that I have been practicing massage therapy in Aspen, working with professional athletes to super moms and everyone in-between. My formal massage training was extraordinary due to the fact that the program was brand new to the school. We had 3 different instructors who were all therapists with different backgrounds, and only 3 students in the class. This exposure to different modalities has helped to shape my massage into a unique blend, from Sports and Deep Tissue to Myofascial Release and Reflexology. Basically, my massage is a blend from all of my trainings which I customize for each guest specific to their needs.

How my Passion for Wellness Started

My massage practice started at an early age. When I was a child, my mom held competitions between me and my brother to see "who could make mommy's back feel better" or "who can get the lotion absorbed into mommy's feet faster". She always told me that I had a gift and that my hands just know where to go.

In my teenage years, my friends would come to me and ask me to help them with their headaches or muscles tension from the sports we played. A few minutes of a massage and they would start to feel relief. Later, after getting my degree in Equine Science, I started massaging horses to help them recover from injuries. An injury of my own shifted my focus back to massaging people.
