The mission of our student organization is to bridge the gap between promising students and the expanding economy of the Rio Grande Valley. We achieve this by providing students with opportunities to network with professionals, learn about different industries, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in the workforce. We believe that by connecting students with the business community, we can help them to find their place in the ever-changing economy of the Rio Grande Valley.
Vision
Our vision is to create a thriving network between students and employers with mutually ensured success and post graduation employment. Part of our vision is to create a thriving network between students and employers that ensures success for both parties. We believe that by providing students with the opportunity to connect with potential employers early on, we can help them to find jobs that are a good fit for their skills and interests. Additionally, we believe that by providing employers with access to a talented pool of potential employees, we can help them to find the best people to fill their open positions.
