Progressive Leasing is one of the most iconic features offered by Ashley Furniture. This program provides customers to participate in a lease-to-own program. Through the progressive leasing program, customers can choose an item for them to lease and pay over time. Completion of the payment will allow the customer to own the items enrolled in the program. This means, that you can select or choose any items covered by the program have it delivered to your home, and pay it later. Check out the guidelines below for more details.

· The item must be identical, (e.g., size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name, color)

· You must have purchased the item from us within 30 days of the date of your price adjustment request.

· The offer must be valid on the item that you purchased.

· We don’t provide price adjustments for:

· Bundle offers, rebates, mail-in offers, offers that include financing

· Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase

· Items that are listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers

· Damaged, used, or refurbished items

· Price errors

· Prices as a result of pickup discounts

· Black Friday, Cyber Week and any special/holiday promotions are excluded

Like any other program, Ashley Furniture’s Progressive Leasing program comes with its own set of restrictions. It is important to browse through the following restrictions before participating in this awesome program. Check out the restrictions below.

· Progressive Leasing is not available in the following states: NJ, MN, VT, WI, WY

· Non-leasable costs must be paid through a separate form of payment. Examples below include:

· State Recycling Fee(s)

· Shipping / Delivery Fees

· Extended Warranties or Furniture Protection Plans may not be included

· Approval amount increases are not available for customers shopping on AshleyFurniture.com

One of the most frustrating parts of making online or any other form of purchase is a price change. It’s a bit off-putting if you see the price of the item you purchased recently suddenly dropped to a lower price. This type of scenario often leads to “buyer’s remorse” especially for bargain hunters. After all, a wise shopper is always on a prowl for the best deals out there.

In line with that dilemma, Ashley Furniture allows the customer to submit a price adjustment request 30 days after the purchase. Meaning that if you bought something from AshleyFurniture.com within the past 30 days and it is now listed at a lower price, let us know. Send your price adjustment request to via email to ecustomercare@ashleyfurniturehomestore.com. We will then review and verify the price adjustment request. AshleyFurniture.com has the final decision for matching an online price.

Nevertheless, there are instances wherein some retailers online will, for the most part, offer a much lower price to the ones listed in the Ashley Homestore app. When this happens, Ashley Furniture will match the price of the item listed online given that it passes the limitation provided by the company.
