Service Agreement

As a service provider, we have developed this Agreement to clarify the terms and conditions under which you may use our services. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and us. By completing the registration and starting to use the services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with them, please cease using our services immediately.

1. Definition of Services and Users

Our services are provided through various platforms including, but not limited to, mobile applications, the official website, and official public accounts. A "User" refers to an individual or legal entity with full legal capacity who has completed the registration process. We provide services only to lawful users whose accounts are not blocked. We reserve the right to require you to provide your real name, contact details, mailing address, or other information necessary for registration and use of the services, and we may adjust these requirements in accordance with laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, you may lose the ability to continue using our services.

2. Information Accuracy and Account Security

You agree to provide true, lawful, and accurate information when using our services and to update it in a timely manner. You bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the provision of false or inaccurate information. We reserve the right to verify registration data and, at our discretion, refuse registration. You are responsible for the secure preservation of your account credentials and password. Any actions performed through your account are deemed to have been performed by you. Any losses or security issues arising from improper account management are your responsibility.

3. Rules of Conduct

While using our services, you are obliged to comply with applicable laws, public order, and morality, as well as the terms of this Agreement. It is prohibited to:

• Register under someone else's name;

• Intentionally interfere with or disrupt the operation of services through technical means;

• Use our content for commercial purposes, or reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

4. Data Collection and Content License

We may collect and use your information, including data provided during registration, IP addresses, cookies, browsing history, and materials uploaded by you while using the services. You retain ownership of the content you upload; however, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, modify, display, and distribute such content worldwide. Our partners may also use relevant information to the extent necessary to provide the services.

5. Privacy Protection

We undertake not to disclose or transfer your non-public information (passwords, names, phone numbers, etc.) to third parties, except in the following cases:

• With your consent;

• As required by law or judicial authorities;

• In response to complaints of rights infringement;

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services in the event of a breach of rules or prolonged inactivity (more than six months). This Agreement may also be terminated at your request with our consent. Following the suspension or termination of services, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to retain your account and related data.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not responsible for the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of content or statements uploaded by users. Services may be interrupted and data lost due to network issues, maintenance, or force majeure circumstances, and we bear no responsibility for any resulting losses. We provide no guarantees regarding external links, products, or services and are not liable for any direct or indirect losses associated with them.

8. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All intellectual property rights associated with our services (including, but not limited to, design, code, information, and user data) belong to us or the respective rightsholders. You do not have the right to decompile, reverse engineer, or modify our applications without permission. We reserve the right to collect and use anonymized aggregate information. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained while using our services and not disclose it except as provided by law.

9. Amendments to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update or change this Agreement at any time; such changes will be published on this page. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the services. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Force Majeure and Legal Consequences

If performance of this Agreement becomes impossible due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, government actions, or cyberattacks), either party may terminate this Agreement without liability. The party breaching the terms of this Agreement shall bear the corresponding legal consequences. We reserve the right to take measures against users who violate the rules, including blocking or restricting accounts, and, if necessary, forwarding relevant materials to judicial authorities.
