About Me
My faith and family drive most of my desires and actions. My husband, Jake, and I have been married since 2001. We have three children: Daniel, Jonah, & Abigail. We have over 30 animals at home including 1 bearded dragon, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 3 goats, and several fish, rabbits, and chickens. We also keep bees. We are passionate about outdoor fun, music, and other varied interests. Our life is busy and a bit crazy sometimes but also overflowing with simple blessings. I grew up in Colbert, WA (just north of Spokane) and attended St. Joseph's Parish there from birth to age 18. For 5th & 6th Grade, I attended Saint Francis of Xavier Catholic School, which I loved. I graduated from Mead High School in 1998, earned an Associate's Degree from Spokane Falls Community College in 1999, and Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Education in 2003. I started my teaching career in Unalakleet, Alaska, where I taught many subjects, specializing in English and Music. I spent a short time (two years) on Prince of Wales Island, Alaska before leaving AK to be closer to family. For six years, I served in the Clarkston School District. And now, I feel like I have finally come "home" to All Saints. I am passionate about all the wonderful aspects and opportunities for students at All Saints Catholic Middle School and so thankful to be part of our ASCS family!
