American Standard Coating (ASC) — mobile application

This Privacy Policy explains how ERPlex Solutions ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the American Standard Coating (ASC) mobile application (the "App"). The App is a business reporting tool that lets authorised users sign in and view sales reports.
Account credentials. When you sign in, the username and password you enter are sent securely to our reporting server solely to authenticate you. We do not sell or share these credentials.
Authentication tokens. After sign-in, secure access/refresh tokens are stored only on your device using the operating system's encrypted storage (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android) so you don't have to log in every time.
Business report data. The App displays sales and customer report data retrieved from our server. This data is shown to you and can be exported by you (Excel/PDF) to your own device; it is not shared with third parties by the App.
The App does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for advertising. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Information is used only to (a) authenticate you, (b) keep you signed in, and (c) display and export the reports you request. Network requests are made over encrypted HTTPS to our backend at asc-api.advancederp.com.
Authentication tokens remain on your device until you log out or uninstall the App. Report data is fetched on demand and is not permanently stored by the App beyond files you choose to export. Server-side data is retained by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] per its internal business records policy.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is transmitted only between the App and our own reporting server. We may disclose information if required by law.
All communication with our server uses HTTPS. Credentials are never stored in plain text on the device; only encrypted tokens are retained locally.
The App is intended for authorized personnel only. Access is granted and revoked by your administrator.
The App is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
