However, by sharing content, you grant Asar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using Asar, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Asar or its licensors. You may not use our branding, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Asar at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is otherwise harmful to our Services or other users.
You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Asar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by updating the date at the top and, if necessary, through the app or other communications. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
