Office 檔案可透過「檔案分享」功能，提供「可編輯」功能予其他使用者，即可共同編輯同一檔案。
可同時線上編輯 Office 文件如.docx、.xlsx 或.pptx 等檔案。 支援 ODF 開放文件檔案格式。
編輯時可顯示不同使用者之修改內容。
支援手持式行動裝置。
請參考<說明手冊>目錄1-8進行使用。
Office 文件格式相容性問題：新版本個人雲端儲存服務於開啟某些 Office 文件時，同樣有可能會出現文件格式不相容(即格式跑掉了)之問題。
The service supports MS Windows, OS X, android and iOS. You might download the agent or app from our website https://myspace.sinica.edu.tw.
We also supply the User Guide in English and Chinese. After logging in, you can refer to the folder of User Manuals (p.21) for more detailed information.

我分享檔案之後，對方打開都是下載頁面，不能編輯？
After sharing my file, the share recipient can only download the file but not edit it.
共編模式僅限院內同仁（具有sso帳號者）使用，請直接在分享欄位登打欲分享同仁之SSO帳號，並勾選「可編輯」選項，對方即可共編檔案。並請被分享的同仁透過系統通知郵件點擊連結開啟，或到myspace網頁點擊「與我分享」，找到該檔案打開即可編輯。
If you want to edit the files with colleagues on MySpace, please enter his/her SSO account in the "Share with user or group…" column and select "Can edit." Then, your colleagues can co-edit the files with you online.
The shared recipient will receive an email notification sent from the system, and he/she can click on the link in the email, or log in to the MySpace web page and click "Shared From" to co-edit the shared file online.
(P.S. This function is only for the employee who has the SSO account at Academia Sinica).
