All Flea Market tables have been reserved.
A limited amount of space is available for Flea Market participants to bring their own table. The charge is $1.50 per linear foot.
For example, a 6 foot table would be a total of $9.00. If you wish to bring your own table and sell in the Flea Market area, send an email to ARVHamfest@gmail.com and put Table Coordinator in the subject line. The email should include the number of linear feet you plan to use and the number of Hamfest admissions you plan to have. This offer may be suspended at any time.
The illustration to the right is a layout of the Dardanelle Community Center Gym. There are 40 eight foot flea market tables available, first come, first served. Each table is $15.00 plus 10% state & local sales tax. Tables will be assigned by the Flea Market table coordinator. Table numbers as shown are for reference only.
Electrical power is NOT available at any of the Flea Market tables.

The Arkansas River Valley Hamfest has been notified by the State of Arkansas Dept. of Finance & Administration that all hamfest sales are subject to state, county, and city sales taxes. Admission and table rentals are subject to this tax and ARV Hamfest collects the sales tax for those purchases. However, anything sold from a Flea Market table is also subject to sales tax collection. You, as the seller, is responsible for collecting and submitting the sales tax. On hamfest day, each Flea Market seller will receive an envelope containing a sales tax form for self-reporting your sales and sales tax payment. The form and sales tax payment must be sealed in the envelope and returned to the Arkansas River Valley Hamfest, as agent for the State of Arkansas, by the end of the day. If you do not return the sealed envelope to ARV Hamfest by the end of the day, the State of Arkansas Dept. of Finance & Administration will very likely contact you directly for sales tax collection and possible fines!
The Arkansas River Valley Hamfest, and it's sponsor, the Arkansas River Valley Amateur Radio Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) organization, regrets that the State of Arkansas does not recognize certain non-profit organizations as tax exempt, but the only way to possibly change the law is by litigation or legislation.
