I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy at Grenoble Ecole de Management, France. In 2019 I received a joint PhD degree in Management Science from SKEMA Business School and University of Côte d'Azur in France. Prior to this I completed a Master in Research in Management Science at SKEMA Business School. My PhD thesis was shortlisted for Grigor McClelland Doctoral Dissertation Award 2020.
My research interests broadly cover organization studies, innovation and science & technology studies. The first stream of my work investigates organizational learning from failures, successes and near-misses. A second line of research focuses on the management of innovation and technology with particular emphasis on knowledge networks, search and invention termination. In my more recent work, I am interested in gender gap in science and innovation. I seek to understand, in particular, the effect of scientist’s and inventor’s gender on the development of scientific knowledge, innovation and technologies. Empirically, I investigate primarily biopharmaceutical and medical device firms as well as life science academic publications and scientists.
My research has been published in journals such as Industrial and Corporate Change, Industry and Innovation, Technovation, Technological Forecasing and Social Change.
