Hydraulic super Rig is equipped with world best compressor (INGERSOLL RAND & ELGI), Caterpillar and India’s No.1 rig mast (PRD). Our is one of the best bore well drilling unit in Chennai, India. Our Hydraulic Super Rig is fitted with ELGI and Caterpillar compressor model 1100-300 psi fitted on PRD mast capacity. Advantage with our PRD mast, even in any critical formation conditions also our rig can drill up to maximum depth. Other technical advantage with our HYDRAULIC SUPER RIG is our machinery is also equipped with Dust controlling equipment and automatically water injection system. History

The founder of this company is Mr. Arumaidass Nadar, Ex. MC. He is a President Chennai Rig Owners and Contractor Association. He started this establishment in the year 1980 in Chennai, India. Chennai has more than 200 drill rig contractors as on date. He is one among the original drilling contractors who has been providing his services in this industry since 1980. Over the years the company has built a reputation by drilling long-lasting points and backing them with a “personal” service unheard of in the drilling industry.

Mr. A. BRIGHT KUMAR, DCE, MD is the CEO of the company. He is one among the DIRECTOR of Chennai Rigs Owner Association. He is having very good technical experience in the filed of drilling water wells and fixing submersible, Jet hand pumps and compressors. He has drilled water wells in U.P., M. P., Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, H.P., Bihar, Orissa, A.P., Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka and particularly in coastal areas of India. He has travelled widely all over India, Singapore, Malaysia and SriLanka and gained a wonderful know how in above field and he is a generous personality who has helped millions of people in this filed. BOREWELL DRILLING

Slow Rig Drilling (Galexy Rig)

It is slow in drilling as it is being handled manually with the help of a drill mast and it is either driven by diesel or power. Usually, it is deployed to drill a well where ever there is collapsible formation, and fix up casing. Henceforth, fast rig has to re-set into the point and drill down to feasible depth.

Horizontal Drilling

Horizontal drilling is the process of drilling a well from the surface to a subsurface location just above the target well called the “kickoff point”, then deviating the well bore from the vertical plane around a curve to intersect the reservoir at the “entry point” with a near-horizontal inclination, and remaining within the reservoir until the desired bottom hole location is reached.

Earth Pit Drilling

It is the process of creating a pit in the ground to install earthing systems that safely disperse electrical currents into the earth. It is essential for electrical grounding, ensuring protection from electrical faults, lightning strikes, and voltage surges. Proper earth pit drilling ensures low resistance pathways for electrical discharge, safeguarding people and equipment from electrical hazards.

Core Cutter Drilling

Selecting the right Diamond Core Bits/Blades for your application is a key to obtaining desired diamond drilling results. Diamond Core Bits are used for core drilling concrete, cutting into highways, runaways, dams, building bridges, walls, floors, drainage pipes, pavers, and field stones. They are manufactured to tackle a broad range of applications, for a variety of drilling jobs including high reinforced concrete and other masonry materials.

While performing diamond core drilling operations, it is impossible to mitigate all the possible hazards that the diamond core drill bits operators might encounter during the course of performing diversified drilling operations. However, one can adjust the risk scenario by shielding the core drill operators with the protective equipments.

Super Fast Hydraulic /DTH Method Drilling

Hydraulic rigs are the rigs and tools which use fluid power to work quickly and fastly, and hence they are, therefore called Super Fast High Pressure Hydraulic Drilling Rigs. In other words, they are also called the cyclone Rigs.

Road Crossing Drilling

There are two types of drilling in Road Crossing. Thrust Boring Works – Thrust boring from 4” to 54” diameter pipes. From single carriage-way roads of 8m wide to multiple carriage-ways of 100m wide. Directional Drilling – the latest techniques in non disruptive road crossings. Ideal for water, electrical, telephone, gas, oil and drainage lines. From 32mm to 800mm diameter pipes, and lengths from 8m to 200lm.

Mines Drilling

This method involves a pipe encrusted in industrial mining being used to drill through rock layers, with a "core" of rock being left in the Centre of the pipe. This core is recovered and gives information not only about the rock types, but also about the relationships between the rock layers in detail.

Dimension Drilling / Angular Drilling 360 Degree

The bending drilling method" was developed for improvement of the ground right under an established structure and a place with obstacles such as basic piles. The drilling system which can drill ground three-dimensionally in curve enabled efficient improvement of large ground without stopping common use of upper facilities. And, the newly developed position detecting system and the construction management system realized high-precision guided control

Technical Drilling

Technical drilling refers to specialized drilling techniques used in highly controlled environments for precise applications such as oil and gas exploration, geothermal energy, mining, and large-scale construction. This type of drilling requires advanced equipment, expert knowledge, and precise planning to achieve accurate results in complex geological conditions, ensuring the success of high-demand projects.

Hand Drilling

There are two methods for hand drilling – single jacking and double jacking. In single jacking a single cutter works both the bit and hand hammer. In double jacking, one cutter holds the bit and one or two drillers hit the bit with large sledge hammers. Double jacking is more efficient and will break out larger ledges of stone but is more dangerous for the cutter holding the bit.

Vertical Drilling

Vertical drilling of top hole sections is critical to the success of extended-reach drilling operations. Excessive tortuosity in the top hole causes increased torque and drag in subsequent hole sections, which can lead to wear of drillpipe and easing. Tortuosity also increases the potential for drilling problems, such as poor hole cleaning, stick / slip and inability to reach planned depth because of torque and drag. A smooth, in gauge borewell often yields superior well logs that simplify formation evaluation.

Foundation Drilling

Foundation drilling includes various methods such as auger drilling, rotary drilling, and micropile installation. Each method is chosen based on soil conditions, project size, and specific structural requirements. Auger drilling is commonly used for residential and commercial projects, while rotary drilling is preferred for larger, more complex jobs involving harder ground materials.

Dewatering Drilling

It used to remove groundwater or surface water from a construction site, mine, or other project areas. By drilling wells or using other extraction methods, excess water is pumped out to lower the water table, ensuring that work can be conducted in dry and stable conditions. This technique is essential in preventing water-related delays or hazards in construction and excavation projects.

Rain Water Harvesting

Arumaidass Borewells offers easy and economic Rain Water Harvesting services because ground water is a very valuable commodity us. It is recovered from wells for domestic, industrial and agricultural use. The conservation of ground water is very important because it moves from soil and many years may be required to replace hastily pumped water. Therefore, in the areas where ground water is used extensively, care must be taken that no extra water is withdrawn in a year than the quantity replenished by natural process. To avoid depletion of ground water level, the aquifers (ground water bodies) must be recharged in whichever way possible. There is an urgent need for Rain Water Harvesting since that is the only source of ground water. We use the following Rain Water Harvesting Methods to preserve the Rain Water:

Pasting type pipes: Pasting type pipes are available from 20 mm to 160 mm in all classes either with plain ends or socket at one end. These pipes can be easily jointed by using quality PVC Solvent Cement. Plumbing Pipes: Plumbing pipes are available from 20 mm to 50 mm outside diameter. These pipes are ideally suited for plumbing work in buildings, especially for concealed plumbing. Threaded type Pipes Thick walled pipes with threads at both ends are available with outside diameters matching with that of 1/2", 3/4", 1'', 11/4'', 11/2'' and 2'' Galvanized Iron Pipes. The deep grooved V threads are of BSP Standard. Drain Pipes: Non ISI Drain Pipes having 110 mm diameter, suitable for drainage applications. These pipes can also be used for diverting drop water from buildings.
