Course Description

This course focuses on learning by doing through hands-on projects. You'll create art, applications, and/or art-making algorithms while studying examples and methods provided. To succeed, it helps to know Python, have a passion for creativity, and be open to discussing ideas and artistic value. No prior experience in machine learning or art is required.

Expect to spend 12 hours per week on this 12-unit course. Attendance at lectures is mandatory (160-240 minutes), and the rest of the time (480-560 minutes) is for researching, practicing algorithms, brainstorming, discussing with peers, and everything needed for the four projects.
