„Anne with an E” is a series that really caught my eye. It tells us a story about a red-haired girl named Anne. It’s settled in a small village, called Green Gables in Scotland in 1800s. Just like in the original book written by Lucy Maud Montgomery. Despite the fact that this story is over 100 years old, it’s still fresh and absorbing. It’s probably caused by our main character called Anne Shirley.

Anne is a skinny, light skinned girl. She has been brought to the old siblings by a mistake. Finally even though they wanted a boy at first, they had decided to keep Anne. She was a tough child because of her nature. She has a luxuriant imagination which sometimes leads her to trouble. She went through a lot at the orphanage and in school. Thanks to her amazing imagination, she comes up with many lifesaving ideas for people in her village. She has a lots of friends and a lots of stories to share. Many teenagers can sympathize with her for this particular reason: she is lost, she can’t easily adjust, she goes through a lot of trauma and she always fight for good. She has been heartbroken, rejected and laughed at.

This show teaches us many lessons about behaviour, school, friendship and love. Also the imitation of the times is absolutely stunning. You can see what people looked like and dressed like. You can also see the interiors of their houses. This series also shows us the realities of that times. I absolutely recommend everyone to watch this show, even for the sake of seeing differences between the series and the book.

We've all heard of the series Breaking Bad. Series director Vince Gilligan, who created “The X Files” in 1993, decided to produce a crime drama series filled with humour, action and tragedy, is regarded as a great show even today. It is definitely a TV classic for me. This amazing show is influenced by some movies made by Humphrey Bogart, creator of “The Caine Mutiny”.

In the first season of Breaking Bad an underpaid and overqualified high school chemistry teacher Walter White struggles with a recent lung cancer diagnosis. White wants to secure his family’s financial future, because he knows he will die soon - that is why he invites his former student Jesse Pinkman to produce and distribute crystal meth (methamphetamine) with him. The teacher wants to do it, even though his brother in law is a DEA agent. As the next season continues his drug empire grows more and more, regardless of the terrifying events that stand in its way.

Breaking Bad offers a gripping story and an unforgettable, very iconic opening. The plot is not far-fetched and shows the reality of the negative consequences resulting from participating in such illegal activities (even while having quite a lot of money). It is popular among the young people because of its genre and unique, hilarious dialogues and excellent characters.

Overall, the series offers viewers a lot of entertainment and a smart message. I would recommend it without a doubt as you can learn a lot from this show.

The first season was much loved by fans for its consistency with the book, but the question is whether it will interest today's teens?

Next season of The Witcher’s adventures based on the iconic book series by Andrzej Sapkowski. This season will be based on the book The Witcher: The Blood of Elves, it's a great book and I recommend reading it after watching season two (especially young fans) because Netflix has messed up quite a lot.

The second season tells the story of Ciri's training in the Kaer Morhen, and a totally made up storyline Yennefer's loss of magic and her desperate attempt to regain it. Community can even get the impression that Lauren Schmidt (the producer of the Netflix adaptation) wanted to make The Witcher less "Witcher-like”. Of course, I didn't expect to see a 1:1 transfer of the book to the screen (which would be not so much difficult as tedious at times, as the expectations of the reader are different from those of the viewer in front of the TV), but I hoped to see at least the plot of the first part of the saga as I remembered it.

Unfortunately The Witcher from Netflix has completely gone off the rails of the main plot of the book. The series writes a whole new story in front of us, with new characters and a new plot that is only inspired by the story from the book. Let's hope it gets better in season three.

Friends is a TV series about six people hanging out and living together in the same city during the 90’s.

In my opinion Friends is one of the best TV series ever made because it shows the reality of life. I especially like that it shows that to be friends people don’t need to think the same nor have the same job nor study in the same college nor be friends from childhood nor something similar. This showed that even with entirely different sectors or backgrounds people can be friends. Coming to the structure of show, first of all the acting is awesome, no doubt they are famous for this. The script is the most essential part of the success of the show. The basic story tells about common things which happen in one's life - job, career, dating ,marriage, divorce etc, hence the script is one thing which made this show a hit. The jokes, the way of showing moral values was innovative and unique in their own ways.

It’s popular among the youths because of actors performance, storyline, jokes and a lot more smaller details.

It's not a perfect TV series, it has some negative aspects e.g. in a logical perception in terms of time there were many plotholes like birthday dates, the timeline of the characters etc.

But considering the most of the good part, it's suggested to watch this show. I have personally watched this show like 5 times complete and still continue to watch whenever I want to. This kind of show is a must to watch for everyone.
