I am Chief of Staff to Professor Michael Kremer at UChicago's Development Innovation Lab, where I work on strategy, policy and research. I work on our whole portfolio, covering agriculture, drinking water, and education.
During COVID-19 I was a member of the Accelerating Health Technologies team, for which I was awarded an Emergent Ventures prize. Previously, I was a Research Associate at the Centre for Global Development, where I conducted research on European development policy, focusing on climate finance, aid effectiveness and aid transparency. Before that, I was Research Coordinator for Innovations for Poverty Action Sierra Leone, where I managed randomised control trials, including on election debates and incentives for childhood immunization.
This site collects my research and writing.
