These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern any subscription-based services offered within the Artgen application (the “App”). By purchasing or activating a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We may offer a free trial subscription for the Service. Unless you cancel at least twenty‑four (24) hours before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription at the then‑current subscription rate for the term you selected. You will be charged the price displayed on the payment screen at the time of your initial purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, yearly, or as otherwise selected at the time of purchase) unless you cancel it before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied to the payment method you have on file with us or with the applicable app store (e.g., Apple App Store).
By confirming your subscription, you authorize us (or our third‑party payment processor) to charge all applicable subscription fees to the payment method you provided. Payments will be processed at the beginning of each billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate and up‑to‑date payment information.
Canceling your subscription will stop all future automatic renewals. You will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Important: Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription. You must actively cancel your subscription as described below.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least twenty‑four (24) hours before the current trial or billing period ends. You are solely responsible for managing your subscriptions through Apple. For further instructions, please visit [Apple Support](https://support.apple.com/).
You may cancel your subscription directly within the App under your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will notify you of any price changes with reasonable advance notice, which may be provided through in‑app messages, email, or another prominent method. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised fees.
All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. Please refer to Apple’s refund policies and contact [Apple Support](https://support.apple.com/) for assistance. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law (e.g., consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction), all purchases made through our website or external payment links are final and non‑refundable.
