Enes Arat ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Hapşu mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. No Account Required & Anonymity

We strongly believe in your privacy. You are not required to create an account to use Hapşu. We do not collect, store, or request personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. You use the Service completely anonymously.

2. Health and Medication Data (Local Storage)

Hapşu allows you to track medication schedules and health logs. All of your personal medication data, plans, and history are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, sync, or store your personal health data on our remote servers. You have full control over your data.

3. Permissions (Notifications, Alarms & Live Activities) 

To provide the core reminder functionality, Hapşu requests access to your device's Notifications and Alarms (including time-sensitive "Critical Alerts" and Live Activities). These permissions are strictly used to trigger your medication reminders accurately and directly from your device.

4. Technical & Usage Data (Backend Services) 

While we do not collect personal profiles, we use a secure cloud backend (Supabase) to deliver critical application features, such as medication catalog synchronization and Live Activity / Critical Alert triggers.

• Temporary Technical Data: To facilitate Live Activities and Critical Alerts across device states, we temporarily process technical data (such as anonymized device push tokens and trigger times). This data is isolated, not linked to any personal identity, and is purged when no longer needed.

• Diagnostic Data: We may collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data to fix bugs and improve stability.

• Feedback: If you choose to submit feedback through the app, the text you submit is sent securely to our servers without requiring your personal identity.

5. Data Storage and Security 

The security of your local data and the anonymized technical data sent to our servers is strictly important to us. Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption. We only use trusted secure services necessary to operate the app.

6. Third Parties and Ads 

We do not sell your data to anyone. There are no third-party advertisements in the app. 

7. Deletion of Your Data

 Hapşu allows you to delete your stored data through the following methods:

a) Local Data on Your Device
The following data types are stored only on your device and can be deleted directly within the app:

• Personal information (name, email, phone, address): You can clear these by editing your profile page.

• Medication records and plans: You can delete each medication individually.

• Dose history (taken/skipped logs): Automatically cleared when the related medication is deleted.

• Profile photo: You can remove it from your profile page.

• All app data: Uninstalling the app from your device permanently deletes all local data.

b) Data Stored on Servers
The following anonymous data may be temporarily stored on our servers:

• Push notification tokens: Automatically deleted when the related reminder expires. (Only collected and stored for the iOS platform)

• Feedback messages: Deleted upon request.

To request the deletion of your data from our servers, please send an email to artcodens@gmail.com. Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days.

8. Changes To This Privacy Policy 

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
