This document describes how I, Artalgo Design , as the developer of the application Cosmic Sound: Interactive Art, process your personal information when you use my application, available for download in the Google Play Store. By using my application, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of information as specified below. 

What Information Do We Collect?

Microphone Data

Our application uses your device’s microphone to enable real-time visual interactions. The audio data captured by the microphone:

Is processed locally on your device.

Is used solely to create interactive visual effects in real time.

Is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server or third party.

Once the audio data is processed for real-time visuals, it is discarded immediately and does not persist beyond the duration of the interaction.

Third-Party Services

We also utilize third-party services to enhance user experience and provide additional functionality. These services may collect certain data as outlined below:

Google AdMob:

IP Address: Used to estimate the general location of the device.

Device ID: Includes the device’s advertising identifier, used for third-party advertising and analytics purposes.

Advertising Data: Information about advertisements displayed to the user, used for analytics and advertising features.

To users based in the EEA (European Economic Area), only non-personalized ads (NPA) are displayed. Even with NPA, Google AdMob may collect a Device ID and browser cookies for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and fraud prevention.

How Do We Use the Collected Data?

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

Real-Time Interactions: Microphone data is used exclusively for generating visual effects on your screen in real time.

Advertising: Third-party services like AdMob use collected data to provide advertisements and improve ad relevance.

Do We Share Your Data?

We do not share your data with any third parties, except as required by the third-party services integrated into our application (e.g., Google AdMob). For details, please refer to the respective privacy policies of these services.

User Consent and Rights

Microphone Permission

Before accessing the microphone, our application will explicitly request your permission. If you do not grant this permission, the application’s visual interaction features will not function, but you can continue to use other parts of the application.

Exercising Your Rights

We do not store or process your data beyond the scope of the third-party services mentioned above. To exercise your rights related to your personal information (e.g., access, modification, deletion), please contact the appropriate third party (e.g., Google AdMob).

Revocation of Consent

You can revoke your consent to our processing of personal data at any time by ceasing all usage of our application. Upon cessation, the processing of any further personal data stops immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Modified" date below will be updated accordingly.
