1. Upcoming Dates for Events

• Turbo Orange County Cup - March 7-8, (Irvine, CA)
• April Kap 7 Tournament Cancelled. / Adjusted to the SD CUP.
• Spring Ventura League now in Thousand Oaks (Cal Lutheran) add 15miles:(. - March 21st, April 4th and April 25-26th.
• May Tournament - May 1-3 SD Cup

2. Summer / Spring Session

• Switch over the the HS boys group / Coach Peterson takes over the reigns.
• May 13th - Start Spring Session - example of 2019 - Session info - Goes through boys JO's.

3. Parent Protocols

• Refrain from coaching or instructing your athletes during practices and games; leave that to the coach on deck as it may be confusing for them to focus on more than one voice.
• Never approach or speak with officials or opposing coaches; leave that to your coach.
  • Respect officials’ decisions and teach children to do likewise.
• Playing time is not equal or guaranteed during tournaments.
  • I instruct our coaches to do there best to develop all the players in all events, but it's not even, we will do our best to be fair. The coaches are usually told to play everyone (not even) then if it's close at end go for it. They are also instructed to pick one game of the tournaments to play to win.
• Tips for Players - Sit next to coach. Don't make me have to look for you. DO NOT ASK TO GO IN! (You can say your ready, but don't ask)
• If you are not happy with playing time, please have your athlete's ask the coach after the weekend. If you don't like how it went then please feel free to have a meeting with the coach scheduled.
