Is there a link between air pollution and socio-economic status?

This is a map of DEPRIVATION INDEX. It uses data from the 2013 Census to work out the average levels of deprivation in an area. A score of 1 (green) means this is amongst the 10% LEAST deprived neighbourhoods in the country. A score of 5 (yellow) has average levels of deprivation compared to the whole of New Zealand.
