Privacy Policy for Arrow Tap

Arrow Tap (also listed as Arrow Tap Pro Puzzle Escape on Google Play; package arrow.tap.puzzle.escape) is provided by Devayu Labs. This policy explains how the Android game handles information. For privacy questions, contact devayulabs@gmail.com.
## Information saved on your device
The game saves puzzle progress, completed levels, the state of unfinished boards, hearts, hints, daily results, and preferences such as language, theme, sound, and vibration in the app's storage. This lets you resume play and keep your settings. The game does not require an account and does not send your individual puzzle save to a game server. Android may include app data in a device backup if you enable that feature.
## Analytics and crash reports
Firebase Analytics collects app usage and technical information, including an app-instance identifier, app and device information, and automatically recorded events such as app opens and sessions. We also log when a level starts, ends, or fails, when a hint is used, and the level number, category, mode, arrow count, or hearts remaining relevant to those events. We use this information to understand and improve the game.
Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and diagnostics, which can include stack traces, app and device details, an installation identifier, and events leading up to a crash. We attach the current level ID and category to help diagnose problems. Analytics and crash collection may begin when the app opens; watching an ad is not required for this collection.
## Rewarded ads and privacy choices
Watching a rewarded ad for hints or lives is optional. After Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) completes any required consent flow, the app may load rewarded ads in advance. UMP processes and stores your consent choices. Google Mobile Ads may collect or receive your IP address, an approximate location inferred from it, advertising or app-set identifiers when available, app and ad interactions, and device or performance information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. What is processed depends on your device and applicable privacy choices.
If Google displays a consent form, use that form to make the choices offered to you. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device settings. Declining to watch an ad does not stop Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics collection.
## Information you send to us
If you email us for support or a privacy request, we receive the email address, message, and any details you choose to include. We use them to answer your request and keep them only as long as reasonably needed for support and related records. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a support message.
## Sharing and service providers
We use Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, and Google UMP and Google Mobile Ads for consent and rewarded ads. Information described above is transmitted to and processed by Google for those services. Google may process information in countries other than your own. We do not operate an account database for this game.

## Retention and deletion
Your game progress and settings remain in app storage until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to any Android backup you have enabled. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game does not automatically erase information already sent to Google services. Analytics and crash records are retained under the settings and retention rules of the Google services we use, and we remove records under our control when no longer needed for the purposes described here.
To ask about access or deletion of information we can identify, email devayulabs@gmail.com. We may need details to locate the records because the game has no account linked to your name or email. You can also clear locally saved game data through Android's app settings.
## Security
Information sent to Google services is encrypted in transit. Game progress is stored in the app's Android storage, which is protected by the device's security controls. We limit access to service dashboards to people operating the game.
## Children
The game does not ask players to create an account or provide a name, email address, or date of birth. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, contact devayulabs@gmail.com so we can review and delete it where applicable.
## Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
