ArrowFlare Privacy Policy

edgeforce.app ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ArrowFlare mobile game ("the App").

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use ArrowFlare.

By using ArrowFlare, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

ArrowFlare is designed to work primarily offline. You do not need to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal information to play the game.

However, ArrowFlare uses a third-party advertising service that may automatically collect or process certain information from your device when advertisements are requested, displayed, or interacted with.

Information that may be collected by advertising providers

ArrowFlare uses Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and advertising settings, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process information such as:

IP address
Android Advertising ID, app set ID, or other device identifiers
App interactions, including app launches, ad impressions, taps, and video views
Diagnostic and performance information
Information about ad delivery and interaction
General location information estimated from an IP address
Information needed for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and security

We do not directly receive or intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone audio, precise location, or financial information through ArrowFlare.

2. Game Data Stored on Your Device

ArrowFlare stores your game progress and preferences locally on your device.

This may include:

Coin and hint balances
Completed levels, stars, and best results
Daily challenge history, streaks, trophies, and achievements
Mini-game progress, including Octa Arrows, Link Dots, and Arrow Clash
Your in-game profile, including your chosen nickname, avatar, and frame
Game settings, such as sound, music, haptics, board theme, and reminder preferences

This information is stored using your device's local storage and is used to provide the game's features. It is not sent to our servers.

ArrowFlare does not currently provide cloud synchronization or an account system.

You can erase this data using Settings → Reset progress in the App. It is also deleted when you uninstall ArrowFlare or clear its app data.

3. Advertising

ArrowFlare uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.

The App may display:

Interstitial advertisements, which are full-screen ads shown between levels and limited in frequency
Rewarded advertisements, which you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits

Rewarded advertisements are optional. They may be offered when you choose to receive extra hints, continue a board after running out of hearts, or get extra time in Time Attack.

ArrowFlare requests non-personalized ads only. On iOS, the App does not request permission to track you through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

Google may still process information to deliver, measure, and protect its advertising services, including limiting ad frequency and preventing fraud, subject to applicable laws and your consent choices.

4. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, including those in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, ArrowFlare uses Google's consent management technology to request consent where required.

Where applicable, a consent dialog may appear the first time you open the App. If consent is required and has not been given, the App does not request ads.

Where available, you can change your choice through Settings → Ad privacy choices in the App.

You can also manage advertising preferences on your device:

Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads. Available options vary by Android version and device.

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising. Available options vary by iOS version.

5. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, ArrowFlare schedules a local notification on your device, by default at 7:00 PM local time, to remind you that a new daily board is available.

These reminders are scheduled on your device. ArrowFlare does not send notification data to our servers.

You can turn reminders off in the App's settings or through your device's notification settings.

6. Ratings and Feedback

ArrowFlare may display your app store's built-in rating prompt after you complete certain numbers of levels. This prompt is provided and handled by Apple or Google.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you and retain it only as long as necessary.

7. Children's Privacy

ArrowFlare is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed at children under the applicable legal age.

We do not knowingly request or collect children's names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct personal information.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has sent us personal information may contact us using the details below. We will take appropriate steps to address the request and delete the information where applicable.

8. How We Use Information

Information processed in connection with ArrowFlare may be used for purposes including:

Providing and maintaining the game
Saving game progress and settings locally
Scheduling local daily reminders that you enable
Displaying advertisements and providing rewarded advertisements
Measuring advertising performance
Preventing advertising fraud and abuse
Diagnosing technical and performance problems
Responding to your messages
Complying with applicable legal requirements

9. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

ArrowFlare does not operate its own user-account database, advertising profile database, or social network.

Information may be processed by third-party service providers necessary for the App to operate.

Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: Google provides the advertising services used by ArrowFlare and may collect and process device and advertising-related information as described in this policy. Google's processing is governed by its own privacy policy and applicable terms.

10. Third-Party Services

ArrowFlare uses third-party software libraries to provide features such as advertising, local notifications, and in-app rating prompts. These providers may operate under their own privacy policies.

Google AdMob is the third-party service used to provide advertising. Local notifications and rating prompts may use platform-provided services.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with ArrowFlare.

Game data stored locally stays on your device unless you share it yourself. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit where supported by the service.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Data Retention

ArrowFlare does not maintain a server-side user account or store your game progress on our servers.

Game data stays on your device until you reset your progress, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

Information processed by Google may be retained according to Google's policies and applicable legal requirements.

13. Data Deletion

Because ArrowFlare does not require an account, there is no ArrowFlare account to delete.

You can remove your local game data by:

Using Settings → Reset progress in the App
Clearing the App's storage or data in your device settings, where supported
Uninstalling ArrowFlare

15. Offline Gameplay

ArrowFlare's core gameplay does not require an internet connection.

An internet connection is needed for advertisements. If advertising services are unavailable, the game continues to work, but rewarded advertisements may not be available.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
