This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Arrows Escape ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use it. The App is published on Google Play under the package name com.arrowsescape.puzzle. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob and offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. These Google services may collect certain data as described below.
We do not sell your personal data.
The App saves your game data — such as level progress, coin balance, and preferences (for example sound settings) — locally on your device using standard on-device storage. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the App.
The App displays rewarded video ads supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process:
Your device's Advertising ID (a resettable identifier)
Device information (model, operating system version, language, and similar technical details)
IP address and coarse, IP-derived location (such as country or region)
Ad interaction data (which ads were shown and whether they were viewed or clicked)
This data is used to deliver ads, limit repetitive ads, measure ad performance, and — where permitted — show more relevant ads. The App offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs). All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card number or billing details — these are handled entirely by Google. We only receive confirmation of whether a purchase succeeded so we can deliver the coins to your game. Google's handling of purchase data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The App requests the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions. These are used solely to load ads and process in-app purchases, and to check whether a network connection is available.
To save and restore your game progress on your device.
To display ads and grant in-game rewards for watching them.
To process optional in-app purchases.
To keep the App working reliably and diagnose technical problems.
We do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating the App and its ads and purchases.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers that make the App function:
Google AdMob — for serving and measuring ads.
Google Play Services / Google Play Billing — for distributing the App and processing purchases.
Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in your Android device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (menu names vary by device). You may also opt out of personalized ads there.
Local data: Uninstalling the App deletes all game data stored on your device.
Purchases: You can manage or request refunds for purchases through the Google Play Store.
Game data is kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data collected by Google (for ads and purchases) is retained according to Google's own policies.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
We rely on the security measures provided by the Android platform and by Google's advertising and billing services. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information involved in operating the App.
The App is available worldwide. Data processed by Google's services may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be announced through the App's store listing. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
