IBO GLOBAL PTY LTD develops and publishes Arrow 2048: Tower Merge (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), a free-to-play ad-supported mobile game available on Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share user information when you install and use our Game, in compliance with Google Play Policies, GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California, USA) and COPPA requirements. By accessing and playing the Game, you fully agree to the data practices described within this policy.
We collect limited information automatically via game operation and integrated third-party SDK (mainly AdMob), no manually submitted personal information such as name, phone or address is required from users:
Device Technical Information: Device model, Android OS version, system language, screen resolution, device region/country code, IP address;
Advertising Identifier (AAID): Android Advertising ID, collected by Google AdMob for targeted advertising delivery and ad performance statistics;
Game Usage Data: Game session duration, in-game operation logs, game progress data, crash logs when the Game crashes abnormally;
Ad Interaction Data: Ad impression count, ad click records generated from in-game AdMob advertisements.
We DO NOT collect sensitive personal data including location in real-time, payment card info, contact information or user identity documents.
All collected data is used for the following legitimate purposes only:
Run, maintain and optimize the normal operation of Arrow 2048: Tower Merge, fix game bugs via crash logs;
Deliver in-game advertisements via Google AdMob, realize personalized interest-based ads based on advertising ID where users give valid consent;
Analyze game operation data to optimize game content and gameplay experience;
Comply with legal obligations and Google Play’s official data safety rules.
We share part of collected data with Google AdMob (Google LLC) only for advertisement service, which is the only third-party SDK integrated into this Game.

You hold rights to: access your stored game-related data, request full deletion of your collected data, withdraw your consent for personalized ad tracking at any time, object to non-essential data processing. Submit requests via our contact email, we will reply and process within 30 calendar days.
Under California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what data we collect about you, request permanent deletion of your information, opt-out of data sharing for targeted advertising (Do Not Sell My Data). Send opt-out applications to our official email address.
Users can disable Android Advertising ID tracking directly via your phone’s system Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset advertising ID / Opt out of personalized advertising, which will stop AdMob from delivering targeted ads based on your AAID.
Our Game is not specifically designed for children under 13 years old per COPPA rules. If we unintentionally collect data from users under 13 without parental approval, parents may contact us via email to request immediate full deletion of all minor-related collected data, we will remove relevant information completely within 15 working days and stop subsequent data collection from the minor’s device. We will only serve non-personalized ads for confirmed underage users and limit unnecessary data collection.
We adopt industry-standard HTTPS encryption during all data transmission; all collected data is stored on secure cloud server and protected from unauthorized access, disclosure or illegal modification.
We reserve collected data for 24 months after your last game access, then automatically anonymize or permanently erase all user-related information unless legal rules require longer retention.
IBO GLOBAL PTY LTD reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy occasionally for legal adjustment or game function upgrade. Updated policy will be posted on the same public webpage with updated effective date; continued use of the Game after revision means your acceptance of updated clauses.
