These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arrow Puzzle Flow (the "Game").

use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, unauthorized third-party tools, or other methods that interfere with the Game;
disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the Game or related services;
use the Game for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
The Game may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, hints, ad removal, or other digital items. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store and are subject to that store's payment terms.
Virtual items have no cash value, are licensed rather than sold, and may be modified, suspended, or removed as permitted by applicable law. Except where required by law or platform rules, purchases are final and non-refundable.
The Game may display advertisements or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the Game. We are not obligated to provide maintenance or support unless required by applicable law.

The Game and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our names, logos, branding, or other proprietary materials without prior written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Game, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use them for any purpose without compensation to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Game.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Game, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Game, users, or our rights. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end and you must stop using the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FalconMedia, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
