This notice applies to Arrow Out: Tricky Puzzle (Package Name: com.arrowout.trickypuzzle), a casual game from BHY Clepak on Google Play. Wherever "we," "us," or "our" appears below, it stands for the developer. The goal of this page is to keep things transparent about what happens with data while you play.
Arrow Out: Tricky Puzzle is a casual game — pull arrows, solve puzzles, have fun. The app does not require you to set up an account or submit personal details to get started. There is no login screen, no profile creation, and no prompt asking for your name, email, or phone number before you can begin.
We want you to know your options right away. Android lets you manage your advertising ID at any time. Open your device's Settings, tap Google > Ads, and you will be able to reset the identifier, delete it, or switch off interest-based advertising. Whatever you choose applies to all apps on your device — not only this one.
Although the app does not ask for your personal details, certain information may be associated with how the app functions:
Device-level data: Your advertising ID, hardware model, operating system version, and screen specifications. These are accessed by the third-party components described in a later section — the app itself does not retrieve them.
Locally stored content: Which levels you have cleared, whether sound is on or off, and other preferences that remain only on your device.
Crash diagnostics: Automated error logs that help us identify and fix technical problems.
The information above exists for a handful of reasons:
Supporting the ad-supported model that keeps the game free to download.
Reviewing usage patterns in aggregate to guide improvements.
Locating and resolving software bugs.
These reasons do not include identifying specific people or tracking individual behavior.
On the topic of sharing: we do not sell, lease, or otherwise transfer data for our own benefit. The only route through which information may leave your device is the third-party components mentioned below.
The app contains embedded SDKs from external providers for two purposes:
Ad delivery: Platforms such as Google AdMob may read your advertising ID along with basic device parameters to serve and evaluate ad content.
Analytics: Tools like Google Analytics for Firebase compile high-level usage statistics so we can understand how the app performs and where to focus improvements.

How these providers manage data internally falls outside what we can oversee.
Game progress and settings live on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. Data that reaches the advertising and analytics providers is retained according to their own schedules. We apply reasonable protective measures to systems under our direct oversight, though it is important to recognize that no method of digital storage or transmission can be considered entirely free of risk.
This game is designed for a general audience and is not specifically aimed at children under 13. We consciously avoid practices that would conflict with regulations protecting minors. This document may be revised as the app evolves. When a new version is posted, the effective date shown above will be updated to reflect the change, and the revised text will replace the current version.
