These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Arrow Nova, a mobile puzzle
game. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean the developer of Arrow Nova.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Arrow Nova, you agree to these
Terms.
## App Store Terms
If you download Arrow Nova from Google Play, the Apple App Store, TestFlight, or
another app store, that store's terms also apply. These Terms supplement the
store terms and do not replace any rights you have under the store terms or
applicable consumer protection laws.
For iOS users, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement
may also apply unless Apple or we provide different terms that are allowed by
Apple's rules.
## License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use Arrow Nova for your own entertainment on devices you own or
control, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify,
distribute, or create derivative works from Arrow Nova except where applicable
law expressly allows it.
## Accounts and Local Progress
Arrow Nova does not require an account. Gameplay progress, stars, coins, themes,
settings, daily rewards, endless records, and achievements are stored locally on
your device.
Local data can be lost if you uninstall the app, clear app data, reset progress,
change devices, or if your device storage fails. Arrow Nova does not currently
provide cloud save or cross-device sync.
## Ads
Arrow Nova may show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads.
Rewarded ads are optional and provide the reward described in the app only after
the ad provider confirms the reward. Interstitial ads are shown at natural
breaks in gameplay.
If you purchase the "Remove Ads" bundle, Arrow Nova removes interstitial ads for
the store account that owns the purchase and for the local app installation
after successful purchase verification or restore support from the applicable
app store. Rewarded ads remain optional and may still be shown when you choose
to watch one for a reward. Store messages, privacy consent forms, system
dialogs, and purchase dialogs are not considered interstitial ads.
Third party ad content is provided by advertising partners. We do not control
every ad creative or advertiser website. You are responsible for deciding
whether to interact with an ad or external link.
## In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
Arrow Nova may offer in-app purchases, including:
- Remove Ads Bundle: removes interstitial ads and may include bonus coins and a
skin as described in the app;
- Starter Pack: a limited-time offer that may include coins and a skin as
described in the app;
- coin packs: consumable virtual currency for in-game use.
Prices, taxes, currency, and availability are shown in the app store checkout
before purchase and may vary by country, platform, taxes, promotions, or store
settings.
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and may be managed by
RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Non-consumable purchase benefits, such as Remove Ads and eligible skins included
in a bundle, are intended to be restorable through the app store account that
made the purchase, where the store and RevenueCat can verify the purchase
benefit.
Consumable coins, including coins included in a bundle, are delivered to the
local coin balance after a successful purchase. Consumable coins have no cash
value, are not legal tender, cannot be transferred, cannot be sold, and may not
be restorable after being spent, reset, deleted, or lost with local app data.
Virtual items are licensed, not sold. We may adjust gameplay balance, rewards,
availability, or virtual item behavior when reasonably needed for app operation,
security, fraud prevention, store compliance, or game improvements.
Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, payment disputes, and family sharing
availability are handled by the applicable app store under its rules.
## Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Arrow Nova for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- exploit bugs, automation, emulators, modified clients, or unauthorized tools
to obtain rewards, purchases, ads, or virtual items unfairly;
- interfere with ads, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, consent flows, or
security features;
- attempt to access private keys, store credentials, service credentials, or
systems that are not intended for public access;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
- use Arrow Nova in a way that violates app store rules.
## Availability, Updates, and Changes
Arrow Nova is provided as a mobile game and may change over time. We may add,
modify, suspend, or remove features, levels, rewards, themes, ads, purchases,
prices, or support for old app versions. Some features require an internet
connection, app store availability, third party service availability, or
compatible device software.
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve gameplay, comply with platform
requirements, or address security and policy issues. Some updates may be
required for continued use.
## Privacy
Your use of Arrow Nova is also governed by the Arrow Nova Privacy Policy:
The Privacy Policy is published at the privacy policy URL listed in the app
store listing or on our public support website.
## Intellectual Property
Arrow Nova, including its game design, software, artwork, user interface, icons,
logos, sounds, names, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is
protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership
of Arrow Nova or its content to you.
## Third Party Services
Arrow Nova may use third party services, including Google Mobile Ads, Google
User Messaging Platform, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Play, and Apple services.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not
responsible for third party services outside our control.
## Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrow Nova is provided "as is" and "as
available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or
statutory. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free,
secure, compatible with every device, or available in every country.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable
law.
## Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss
of profits, data, goodwill, virtual items, or device availability arising from
or related to Arrow Nova.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you
paid directly for Arrow Nova in the three months before the claim, or the
minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
## Termination
You may stop using Arrow Nova at any time. We may suspend or terminate your
access to features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, commit fraud, or
create legal, security, or store compliance risks. Sections that by their nature
should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property,
purchase limitations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms.
## Governing Law
Unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are
governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law rules.
## Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, store requirements, third party
services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when
these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of Arrow Nova after an update
means you accept the updated Terms.
