This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Nova, a mobile puzzle game, handles
information when you use the app. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean
the developer of Arrow Nova. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not
use Arrow Nova.
## Summary
Arrow Nova does not require an account, login, profile, contact list, precise
location, camera, microphone, or user-generated content.
Gameplay progress is stored on your device. The production app uses third party
services for ads, consent, in-app purchases, analytics, crash diagnostics, and
store updates.
## Information Stored On Your Device
Arrow Nova stores gameplay and app settings locally on your device, including:
- level progress, stars, win streaks, daily challenge state, endless records,
coins, unlocked themes, selected theme, and achievement state;
- sound, haptics, music, language, and other preferences;
- a local record of purchase benefits, such as whether interstitial ads were
removed.
This local gameplay data is not sent to our own server. You can reset local
progress from the app. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, changing
devices, or using the reset option may delete local progress, coins, and
settings.
## Information Processed By Third Party Services
Arrow Nova uses third party services to operate the app. These providers may
process information under their own privacy policies.
### Advertising and Consent
Arrow Nova uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's consent tools to show
optional rewarded ads, occasional interstitial ads, and privacy or consent
messages. These services may process information such as device identifiers,
advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network
information, app interactions, ad views, ad clicks, diagnostics, and consent
choices.
We use advertising data to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud,
limit abuse, and comply with privacy choices. Rewarded ads are optional.
Interstitial ads are shown only at natural breaks in gameplay.
On iOS, where required, the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission
before using data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies
or before accessing the device advertising identifier for tracking. You can
allow, deny, or change this permission in iOS settings.
### In-App Purchases
Arrow Nova uses RevenueCat and the applicable app store, such as Google Play or
the Apple App Store, to provide in-app purchases and restore eligible
non-consumable purchases. These services may process an anonymous purchase
identifier, purchased item information, purchase status, transaction
information, app store purchase state, app/device information, and diagnostics
needed to provide purchase services.
We do not receive your payment card number or full store account credentials.
Payment processing, receipts, refunds, and taxes are handled by the applicable
app store.
### Analytics and Crash Diagnostics
Arrow Nova uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app
usage and improve stability. These services may process app events, feature
interactions, session information, crash logs, diagnostic data, device model,
operating system version, app version, approximate region, app/device
identifiers, and other technical information needed for analytics or crash
reporting.
Arrow Nova does not send account names, passwords, contact lists, photos,
precise location, or gameplay board content to Firebase.
### Store Updates
On Android, Arrow Nova uses Google Play update services to check whether a
store update is available. On iOS, the app may open the App Store listing for
updates.
## Permissions
On Android, Arrow Nova requests permission to provide optional vibration
feedback and to use network access for ads, purchases, analytics, crash
reporting, consent, and store services.
Arrow Nova does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, SMS,
calendar, or phone call permissions.
## How We Use Information
We and our service providers use information to:
- run gameplay, local progress, settings, and rewards;
- show ads and manage advertising consent choices;
- process purchases and restore eligible purchases;
- measure app performance and understand high-level feature usage;
- diagnose crashes, bugs, and service failures;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid ad or purchase activity;
- respond to support and privacy requests;
- comply with legal, platform, and store requirements.
## Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed for the purposes
described in this policy, including Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, and
Google Play. We may also disclose information if required by law, store policy,
security needs, fraud prevention, or to protect our rights and users.
We do not sell your local gameplay progress, coins, themes, or support
messages. Advertising partners may process advertising-related information as
described in this policy and in their own privacy policies.
## Retention
Local gameplay data stays on your device until you reset it, uninstall the app,
clear app data, or the operating system removes it.
Third party providers retain advertising, purchase, analytics, crash, and
diagnostic information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Support emails are retained for as long as needed to respond to your request,
handle follow-up issues, and meet legal or store requirements.
## Your Choices
You can:
- play without creating an account;
- reset local gameplay progress in the app;
- disable sound, music, and haptic feedback in settings;
- skip rewarded ads;
- use available ad privacy options shown by Google's consent tools;
- change advertising ID or tracking choices in Android or iOS system settings;
- deny or change iOS App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS settings;
- restore eligible non-consumable purchases through the app store account that
made the purchase;

Because Arrow Nova does not operate user accounts or cloud saves, most gameplay
data deletion is handled on-device by resetting app progress, clearing app
data, or uninstalling the app.

object to, or restrict certain processing of personal information. Because Arrow
Nova does not operate user accounts or cloud saves, most local gameplay data can
