This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Grove (the "App," "we," "us"), published by CRWD Collective Giving LLC, handles information when you play. We built Arrow Grove to be a calm, simple puzzle we do not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect information that identifies you personally. Some data is, however, processed automatically by the third-party services the App uses (advertising, analytics, and the app store).
Information processed
Usage & device data (via analytics and ads): Third-party SDKs may automatically collect technical data such as a device advertising identifier, device model and operating system, general (non-precise) region, app version, and in-app events (for example, level started or completed). This is used to run and improve the App and to serve ads.
Advertising data: The App is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage signals to show and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. See Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Notifications: If you allow them, the App schedules local reminders (for example, a daily streak nudge) on your device. These are generated on-device and do not send your data to us.
Arrow Grove is free and contains no in-app purchases. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data.
How data is used
To run the game and remember your progress and settings on your device. To display and measure advertising. To understand aggregate, anonymous gameplay trends so we can improve difficulty and features.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is processed by the service providers that make the App work principally Google (AdMob / analytics) and Apple (App Store and Apple's own analytics if you opted in at the OS level) each under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Limit ad tracking / advertising ID: iOS > Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. Notifications: turn off anytime in iOS Settings > Notifications > Arrow Grove. Regional rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA-CPRA): depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising or the "sale/share" of data. Contact us at the email below and we will act on valid requests.
Children
Arrow Grove is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention & security
Progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are removed if you delete the App. Data held by our service providers is retained under their respective policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
